Premier League 2016-17 var tann 25. sesongin í Premier League, ið er hægsta fótbóltsdeildin í enskum fótbólti, síðan deildin varð stovnað í 1992. Sesongin byrjaði 13. august 2016 og vardi til 21. mai 2017.[4]

Chelsea vann sín fimta Premier League tittul og sætta enska tittulin, tá ið tveir dystir vóru eftir, eftir at liðið vann 1–0 á útivølli móti West Bromwich Albion hin 12. mai.[5]
