Premier League 2020-21 var tann 29. sesongin í Premier League, ið er hægsta fótbóltsdeildin í enskum fótbólti, síðan deildin varð stovnað í 1992. Sesongin byrjaði 12. september 2020 og vardi til 23. mai 2021.[1]

Liverpool var forsvarandi meistari, meðan Leeds United, West Bromwich Albion og Fulham vóru nýggj lið í deildini, eftir at liðini fluttu upp úr Football League Championship 2019-20.

Manchester City vann sín fimta Premier League tittul og sín 7. enska meistaraheitið.[2]

Niðurflytarar gjørdust Fulham F.C., West Bromwich Albion og Sheffield United.[3]
