- When dragging an item, you will now see a line that helps you to drop it. [3] [4]

Question
Hello EileenSanda, please tell me, why I have in spite of registration, again an IP-Number. What must I do, to reobtain my last User-Name? Regards -- 217.224.211.44 25. jun 2014 kl. 20:25 (UTC)
- Just log in again, I can't see why you should not be able to log in again if you remember your username and password.
- I can see that you make edits again with you username Sweeper, so it seems that the problem is solved? EileenSanda (talk) 27. jun 2014 kl. 07:20 (UTC)
Good morning EileenSanda, please can you delete one in the site at "leita". I made a mistake there and tried to correct it. Sorry, but it's not succeeded. Therefore one inscription is to much. Thanks and regards -- Sweeper (talk) 28. jun 2014 kl. 07:06 (UTC)
- I don't know what you mean. United States Congress redirects to Kongressin í USA, I don't see any mistake there. EileenSanda (talk) 28. jun 2014 kl. 07:32 (UTC)
- When you search United States Congress, there' is it double listed, so one is to much there. Regards -- Sweeper (talk) 28. jun 2014 kl. 08:16 (UTC)
- Well, I have deleted it now, and when I search for United States Congress two results appear but I don't find any. You created the redirect in March 2014 (with another username) and you used the German word Weiterleitung and later changed it to the English Redirect. I think that is why is seems like there are two pages but there was only one and now there is none because you told me to delete it. EileenSanda (talk) 28. jun 2014 kl. 08:30 (UTC)
- Well, it's a mystery to me, too. I think, it's o.k. -- Sweeper (talk) 28. jun 2014 kl. 08:38 (UTC)
- Hello once more. A very good (so as you) German Admin told me, that's take a short time after deleting, then it will be correct. He was correct in saying. Now I edit it once more so you will be so kind and don't delete the new version, but now it is correct. Thanks and regards -- Sweeper (talk) 28. jun 2014 kl. 13:09 (UTC)

hey
Could you delete this category? I created it, but there was a spelling mistake [83] Cheers!--Ursusmaritimus (talk) 14. jul 2014 kl. 12:24 (UTC)
Omg and this one too, sorry for the problem: [84]. I don't know what happened to me, probably a too long break from the Faroese Wikipedia haha. --Ursusmaritimus (talk) 14. jul 2014 kl. 12:30 (UTC)
- Hey, it's done. Yes, you have perhaps just been away from the fo wikipedia for a bit too long :) I am not so active right now, I am on holiday in Greece, very nice here, regards EileenSanda (talk) 14. jul 2014 kl. 12:59 (UTC)
- You are the guardian of this Wikipedia even on holidays haha. Have fun :) --Ursusmaritimus (talk) 15. jul 2014 kl. 10:35 (UTC)
Hey!
- [85] - I'd like to create this category here, could you help me with translation?
- [86], [87] - Wouldn't it be better for these categories to be in plural (-ar)? I can correct it in the articles then.
- [88] - There is a spelling mistake here.
--Ursusmaritimus (talk) 28. jul 2014 kl. 15:21 (UTC)
- Hello, yes, you are absolutely right, there is not only a spelling error in the last link but also a grammatical error, i is Danish, Norwegian etc. í is Faroese for the English word "in", and Noreg should be declined into Noregi in that sentence "Fjøll í Noregi" (althoug many of us would say "Fjøll í Norra"). I have created a new category with the correct spelling, thanks for letting me know. Regarding the category American people of Danish descent, we could say "Amerikanarar av danskari ætt" (ætt can mean family relation, but it can also mean wind direction) or we can say "Amerikanarar av donskum uppruna", perhaps the first one is better. You are also right about the singular form in the second and third link, Bólkur:Tónleikabólkur should rather be Bólkur:Tónleikabólkar and Bólkur:Føroyskur tónleikabólkur should be Bólkur:Føroyskir tónleikabólkar, which is the plural form. EileenSanda (talk) 31. jul 2014 kl. 14:37 (UTC)
- Takk fyri! I'll let you know when I find something else :) (The incorrect bólkur about Norway is not deleted yet)--Ursusmaritimus (talk) 1. aug 2014 kl. 00:14 (UTC)
- Sjálvur takk :) I have deleted it now, thanks! EileenSanda (talk) 1. aug 2014 kl. 06:42 (UTC)

Hei. Fortsatt god sommer! – Erik F 22. jul 2014 kl. 20:05 (UTC)

Liv and Maddie
Could you improve the page about Liv and Maddie? I think a lot of the information present needs updating. And it could use more info. Also the articles in Danish, Swedish, and Greek aren't very good either. I even had to take off the plot text in Swedish because it was apparently copied from another site which I found when I tried to find information about the show in Swedish. I wanted to see which episodes have been translated to Swedish and what they're called but all I could find was that the plot text was apparently copied from another site. That, and I found from Liv & Maddie wiki how to say "Bam! What?!" (Maddie's catchprase) in Danish. How would you say it in Faroese? 172.243.0.31 7. aug 2014 kl. 07:53 (UTC)
- I have updated it now. I don't know how to say Bam! What? in Faroese and why use it in Faroese as we see it in either Danish or English language? EileenSanda (talk) 7. aug 2014 kl. 22:14 (UTC)
- The last IP to edit the page looked like they were trying to translate the English page, but they did it in Danish. It also looked machine-translated. The Swedish article also contains machine-translation. I saw the Swedish article about Barney & Friends was deleted as a machine-translation in Swedish. I wonder if the same might happen if sv:Liv och Maddie is not improved soon. Like I said the page sv:Barney och vänner was deleted on May 8 as a machine-translation. 64.134.31.191 20. aug 2014 kl. 23:08 (UTC)

An important message about renaming users
Dear EileenSanda, My aplogies for writing in English. Please translate or have this translated for you if it will help. I am cross-posting this message to many places to make sure everyone who is a Wikimedia Foundation project bureaucrat receives a copy. If you are a bureaucrat on more than one wiki, you will receive this message on each wiki where you are a bureaucrat.
As you may have seen, work to perform the Wikimedia cluster-wide single-user login finalisation (SUL finalisation) is taking place. This may potentially effect your work as a local bureaucrat, so please read this message carefully.
Why is this happening? As currently stated at the global rename policy, a global account is a name linked to a single user across all Wikimedia wikis, with local accounts unified into a global collection. Previously, the only way to rename a unified user was to individually rename every local account. This was an extremely difficult and time-consuming task, both for stewards and for the users who had to initiate discussions with local bureaucrats (who perform local renames to date) on every wiki with available bureaucrats. The process took a very long time, since it's difficult to coordinate crosswiki renames among the projects and bureaucrats involved in individual projects.
The SUL finalisation will be taking place in stages, and one of the first stages will be to turn off Special:RenameUser locally. This needs to be done as soon as possible, on advice and input from Stewards and engineers for the project, so that no more accounts that are unified globally are broken by a local rename to usurp the global account name. Once this is done, the process of global name unification can begin. The date that has been chosen to turn off local renaming and shift over to entirely global renaming is 15 September 2014, or three weeks time from now. In place of local renames is a new tool, hosted on Meta, that allows for global renames on all wikis where the name is not registered will be deployed.
Your help is greatly needed during this process and going forward in the future if, as a bureaucrat, renaming users is something that you do or have an interest in participating in. The Wikimedia Stewards have set up, and are in charge of, a new community usergroup on Meta in order to share knowledge and work together on renaming accounts globally, called Global renamers. Stewards are in the process of creating documentation to help global renamers to get used to and learn more about global accounts and tools and Meta in general as well as the application format. As transparency is a valuable thing in our movement, the Stewards would like to have at least a brief public application period. If you are an experienced renamer as a local bureaucrat, the process of becoming a part of this group could take as little as 24 hours to complete. You, as a bureaucrat, should be able to apply for the global renamer right on Meta by the requests for global permissions page on 1 September, a week from now.
In the meantime please update your local page where users request renames to reflect this move to global renaming, and if there is a rename request and the user has edited more than one wiki with the name, please send them to the request page for a global rename.
Stewards greatly appreciate the trust local communities have in you and want to make this transition as easy as possible so that the two groups can start working together to ensure everyone has a unique login identity across Wikimedia projects. Completing this project will allow for long-desired universal tools like a global watchlist, global notifications and many, many more features to make work easier.
If you have any questions, comments or concerns about the SUL finalisation, read over the Help:Unified login page on Meta and leave a note on the talk page there, or on the talk page for global renamers. You can also contact me on my talk page on meta if you would like. I'm working as a bridge between Wikimedia Foundation Engineering and Product Development, Wikimedia Stewards, and you to assure that SUL finalisation goes as smoothly as possible; this is a community-driven process and I encourage you to work with the Stewards for our communities.
Thank you for your time. -- Keegan (WMF) talk 25. aug 2014 kl. 18:24 (UTC)

Hi.
Yesterday Donald Tusk was elected President of the European Council. I added this information to the article. Could you translate it into Faroese? Żyrafał (talk) 31. aug 2014 kl. 12:54 (UTC)
